Witch to visit? Visit them all! It will raise your spirits.

Below are some of Lambertville’s most terror-ific Halloween houses, guaranteed to make you smile and scream in the 2025 spooky season. This is by no means an exhaustive list, but it will help you to not miss out on anything fa-BOO-lus.

Out of This World

On your way through the center of town, check out Under the Moon (map).

The creators of this display went above and beyond with green goo, purple planet people, and alien artichokes that may or may not be on the menu.

Administrators of Doomtown

Step into a haunted Dickens novel where things are run by glowing blue ghouls.

The characters in the image above are on display in front of City Hall. Here’s a map to get you there. After you hear what they have to say, look around on York Street for more decorations (giant Misfits skull, anyone?). Then go to Chop Rite.

Chop Rite

This house is on North Union Street, around the corner from City Hall (map).

“Choprite” on North Main Street

The good-humored owner of this residence creates a new theme annually, with this year’s theme being a freaky-funny take on our area’s local supermarket. Be sure to pay close attention to the creepy checkout items on the front porch!

Skull and Homes

Walk north on North Union Street you will find this home with its brightly-lit porch covered by a cast of boney brutes. You’ll have passed at least one grave yard and a parade of witches as you walked on your way to this monster mash.

Here’s a map to help you get into “can’t miss them” range to see this and the next few houses. Get out your plastic fangs, because we’re about to take a bite.

Purple Octopus House

With its dry ice machine, holographic deep sea divers, and purple tenticles reaching out for a hug, this brick house makes living underwater seem feasible.

The decorations in this part of town are family-friendly, and this might be the best place for little kids since the displays are close together and not too scary.

Hooked on Halloween

Keep going north and you’ll see a house that becomes a pirate ship every year.

come sail away on North Main Street

Watch where you step, because there are skeletons creeping out of the earth—or, if you have an imagination, up from the sea. If you have been to Lambertville for Halloween before, you know what’s next on our tour.

Lambertville Halloween House

This home may be the most famous of all the decorated spots in town, but sadly it is no more. The creator of the Halloween House retired from doing it. There is an illuminated scene out front, but it’s not the full experience that it used to be.

Thankfully, the statues from the Halloween House are now on parade in local storefront windows all over town. To see a map of all the display locations, visit the Memory Maker’s Trail of Magic website.

Fangtasticly Frightening

Turn the corner onto Delaware Avenue and you’ll find a string of houses with delightfully over-the-top decorations. There’s a gourd house that’s especially cool to see at night, a great pumpkin that you can pose with for a selfie, and grave yards filled with so many goblins you won’t know where to look first.

Here’s a map to get you there.

Thrilled to the Bones

That’s a lot, but it’s not everything. A block away, on the corner of George and Jefferson, is a giant skeleton and a bunch of talking animatronics. Here’s a map.

Halloween in Lambertville is Boo-tiful

Lambertville is full of so many fun, funny, and frightening displays. Walk down Clinton, Perry, and Buttonwood Streets. Look for the giant Snoopy sleeping on a pumpkin across from the ice cream shop on North Union Street. Have fun, but also watch out, because a lot of the spiders webs are real—seriously.

Enjoy your visit, and thank you for loving Lambertville as much as we do.
