2025 Fireworks & Drone Show Schedule

Organized by Visit New Hope and The Greater New Hope Chamber of Commerce, the summer fireworks and drone show happens once per month.

The fireworks are exactly what you’d expect: colorful bursts of light, loud bangs, and a sparkling grand finale. The drone show features a variety of animated imagery ranging from people and animals to patriotic symbols and surprises.

If you download the Pyrocast app before the show, enter code “F683,” which will enable you play music through your phone to your headphones, smart speaker, or car stereo system. The music is synchronized with the drone display as well as with other people who are also playing the music through the app.

On the scheduled days, New Hope hosts a block party on Stockton Avenue between East Bridge Street and West Ferry Street that features vendors, art, wine, a beer garden, and live music. The street is closed to vehicular traffic.

What Time

The block party festivities start around 5pm and go until to 9pm.

The New Hope fireworks and drone show begins at about 9:10pm. Start times may vary a little, but the show generally begins between 9pm and 9:15pm.

It’s advisable to arrive at your viewing location early to secure your spot.

Cost

All festivities are free and open to the public.

Best Places to Watch the Fireworks

There are several public locations where you can see and hear the fireworks.

The Bridge Walkway (map)

The best place to see the fireworks is from the walkway on the New Hope / Lambertville Bridge. Any spot along the bridge will give you a good view.

Bucks County Playhouse (map)

The deck along the river by the Bucks County Playhouse and Ghost Light Inn provides good sightlines. It is free and open to the public if you walk there.

Ferry Landing Park (map)

The small river-front park at the end of East Perry Street in New Hope is a good spot to watch the show, but arrive early to get near the railing close to the river.

Lambertville Inn Parking Lot (map)

This Lambertville lot is accessible for anyone using a wheeled device. It can get crowded here, but it’s family-friendly and easy to manuever in and out before and after the event. Stay close to the bridge for better drone show views.

Check the Weather!

The fireworks are launched off a barge that floats on the river. If the current is too strong, the fireworks can get cancelled (like they were on May 16th).

If you’re concerned about the weather, check Visit New Hope on Facebook or VisitNewHope.com for updates right until the show’s scheduled start time.
